   To download it to your computer you need to RIGHT click the file below you want.. 
ON the menu that appears, click "SAVE TARGET AS"  in Internet Explorer--
(If you are using Netscape, the menu will say "SAVE LINK AS".) A dialog 
box will open where you will choose (and remember !) the folder on your hard 
disk where you want to save it. Then click SAVE. (It may take several minutes) 
Then go to that folder, click on the file, and it opens in Acrobat Reader where you can
print it.
