Bert & Jan Harned

I grew up in a godly home in K.C. Mo. but I did not believe in Jesus Christ as my personal Savior until my senior year at Wheaton College. From there I attended Northwestern Medical School, and ended up specializing in anesthesiology for the last 40 some years, now retired.

My love for the Bible started in college, and has increased over the years. Jan & I were married in 1950, after which I served 3 years in the USAF as a Flight Surgeon, and then in private practice till retirement. During all those years, and up to the present, we have taught Bible studies, Sunday school classes and discipled individuals and couples. Since 1979 we have lived in Phoenix, Az and have attended and taught at Grace Community Church in Tempe.

Our life purpose is to please God together, and individually. We are very busy doing what we feel is His will for us, namely spending time with people, teaching and discipling them, and helping them deepen in their relationship to the Lord.

The "GOOD STUFF" has come from these years of studying and absorbing Biblical truths from many spiritual leaders. Our goal is to share some things on this web page that will be helpful & encouraging to people in their walk with God. Nothing is more exciting and motivating than the privilege of working with people who want to know God intimately, and who desire to be involved in His work.
